We offer multiple adjusting techniques
Diversified technique which is a manual adjusting technique where I use my hands to physically manipulate the spine and joints of the body to facilitate motion and mobility throughout the joint.

Activator technique which uses an instrument, an activator, to apply a low force correction for anyone that desires a more gentle adjustment or may have osteoporosis or osteopenia. The activator is also very effective for adjusting extremities such as shoulders, wrists, knees and ankles.
